Our 600-point inspection includes the exterior, foundation to roof. On the interior, we inspect all systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, as well as the structural integrity of the home. Do you get on top of the roof?
Our roof inspections are conducted from the ground as well as from the attic. We do not get on pitched roofs due to the liability.
